Someone’s Cranky

Someone is pretty peeved about Apple’s place in the world.

As first reported by The Cult of Android and later The Verge, there was an image on Google Maps of the Android robot peeing on the Apple logo, near Rawalpindi, a city in Pakistan. Of course, the image, discovered on April 24, was gone by Monday evening.

But not gone forever, because the Internet is a wondrous place.

When asked about the image by The Washington Post, Google apologized for the “inappropriate user-created content.”

This is just the latest in some odd images appearing on Google Maps.
