As a cross promotion, All Nippon Airways (ANA) has kicked off the Star Wars Project. The Japan carrier says that the Star Wars themed planes are set for international travel routes this fall. The new Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner painted with a R2-D2 livery, proving yet again, that the droid does have the ability to take flight.
The promotional package also comes with a special ANA website that will feature the iconic theme song and features videos and photos of the vessel.
Star Wars VII – The Force Awakens is due to hit theatres December 18, and is predicted to be the biggest box office hit of the year.
