Superfans of the Tron:Legacy movie are expected to all over Sotheby’s on May 2. The Andrews family, famous car collectors, are putting up for auction their custom replica of the lightcycle made famous in the Tron movie.
The bike, which has a 96 Volt direct-drive electric motor with lithium batteries and a computer controlled throttle, is in fairly brand new condition. Rumour has it that it has only actually been driven around the Andrews’ property a few times.
The expected price tag on this replica sits between $25,000 to $40,000 on the one-day auction. Read more about it here.
