2013: Selfie, FOMO, Twerk Added to Dictionary

2013 was the year we learned to be ashamed of all those “Selfies” we spent the year crafting for our Facebook profiles. It was also the year it became fashionable to shame that friend in your group suffering from FOMO: the Fear of Missing Out. And sporting a significant absence of shame (and clothing) was former Disney princess Miley Cyrus introducing Concerned Mothers Everywhere to “twerking.”
