We’re not ashamed to say we want you to say nice things about us. And we’re not above bribing you to do it. We picked the top five outrageous iTunes reviews and now we want you to decide who wins a Geeks & Beats mug. You can buy one here!
[dropcap2]1[/dropcap2]Some people would want Morgan Freeman to narrate their lives, but I’d rather have Allan Cross. The guy has a great radio voice (plus he knows what he’s talking about!).
[dropcap2]2[/dropcap2]I found the Geek and Beats show one day whille in the bathroom. Why in the bathroom? Its the only time I have peace to find new and interesting podcasts to listen to. When I found the Geek and Beats podcast I discovered two things.
1. Alan Cross and Micheal Hainsworth are fantastic broadcasters and entertaining.
2. Triple bean burritos and Molson Canadian Wheat beer are never a “good idea”.
[dropcap2]3[/dropcap2]For me, there are few moments that get me as excited as seeing that a new G&B episode is available. It’s more exciting than Christmas Day 1985 when I got both Castle Grayskull AND Omega Supreme… [edit] The way host delivers the intro and the segment lead in, it’s like she’s putting on a broadcasting clinic. [edit] The other two aren’t bad either. Alan might want to consider a spin off program of music history… [edit] Give this podcast a listen, and you too can help cure chronic halitosis.
[dropcap2]4[/dropcap2]This Podcast is amazing! I used to listen to Alan Cross on long road trips with my dog, Fred, a couple years ago, now he is back, with Michael Hainsworth who is fast becoming my other favourite podcast host! I’ll be at the pet cemetery later playing this podcast and I’m confident that Alan’s voice will bring Fred back to life.
